"The most annoying single problem working with Jira to provide Help Desk support is the integration of mails associated to an issue. Customers will keep sending issue reporting and feedback by mail, and often, loaded with rich content such as tables, in message mark ups, and above all, graphics (screenshots, but also other type of information). Now, with Outlook App for JIRA all these problems are a thing of the past. It uploads mails very easily and the mail messages looks within Comment history as it were in its original mail clients. And yasoon has been very proactive in adding new features suggested by us to make it even a better product, or to solve minor issues that we had detected.
