Working at yasoon
Regular meetings
We work flexibly but in a structured manner: In our Jour Fixe we exchange information about current projects, innovations, announcements, and syner-gies. In smaller team meetings, we discuss project plans, push roadblocks out of the way and help each other with individual tasks.
Open company
We advocate transparency in all aspects: Flat hierarchies and open doors enable us to transfer knowledge across teams. Everyone is encouraged to contribute their suggestions or concerns. We celebrate successes and learn from them. All employees have insights into company KPIs so that everyone knows what they are working for and how yasoon is developing.
Onboarding process
Join the team smoothly: As a new employee, we’ll have an onboarding process set up for you. Your first weeks will be neatly planned to assure that you meet all the right people and understand all required processes.

Peer Feedback
We proactively deal with team feedback in recurring interviews. Meaningful feedback is reciprocal, that’s why we give and take it. Our goal is an appreciative exchange about what is going well or where there is potential to improve ourselves.

We don’t have investors or major clients who are interfering with our company strategies, business model, or product development. We set our own goals by listening to the feedback of our customers and trusting in our experience of the past 10 years.

Meet us!
Lunch with Timur, Developer
I love lunch conversation! I find my colleagues’ hobbies exciting, and I am happy when we meet outside work and try out new activities (e.g. bouldering). My hobby is driving my vintage car and restoring an old Vespa. In my team, I’m known for ‘translating’ questions from the business team into ‘developer language’ – and vice versa 😊 I think that’s how we learn from each other. Because our office is in a great central location, there are various restaurants serving lunch nearby. When the weather is good, we like to sit outside in the courtyard. You can bring home-made food, too. After lunch I enjoy a hot espresso and then I’m completely happy and ready to get back to work.
Chai-Latte Break with Gizem, HR Manager
Together with the team I like to go to our in-house café at Mafinex and treat myself to my favourite Chai-Latte. I enjoy interacting with my colleagues and it is always fun to talk about different topics. When I am not travelling, I like to dance Dancehall and HipHop, go to the gym or read books.
After Work with Johannes, Developer
Our after-work is a nice balance for all colleagues who have the time and want to end the workday together. As a loving dad, I sometimes bring my kids with me. Since we are a bit nerdy in the development team, it can happen that we spontaneously write a drink generator. We laugh a lot and discuss all sorts of things. A toast to the evening!
