Regular meetings
We work flexibly but in a structured manner: In our Jour Fixe we exchange information about current projects, innovations, announcements, and syner-gies. In smaller team meetings, we discuss project plans, push roadblocks out of the way and help each other with individual tasks.
Open company
We advocate transparency in all aspects: Flat hierarchies and open doors enable us to transfer knowledge across teams. Everyone is encouraged to contribute their suggestions or concerns. We celebrate successes and learn from them. All employees have insights into company KPIs so that everyone knows what they are working for and how yasoon is developing.

Join the team smoothly: As a new employee, we’ll have an onboarding process set up for you. Your first weeks will be neatly planned to assure that you meet all the right people and understand all required processes.

Peer Feedback
We proactively deal with team feedback in recurring interviews. Meaningful feedback is reciprocal, that’s why we give and take it. Our goal is an appreciative exchange about what is going well or where there is potential to improve ourselves.

We don’t have investors or major clients who are interfering with our company strategies, business model, or product development. We set our own goals by listening to the feedback of our customers and trusting in our experience of the past 10 years.

A morning coffee break with my colleagues is the perfect opportunity for me to clear my head, take a breather, and have a chat. As a full-time dad, there’s always something to talk about – and since recently becoming a homeowner, I’ve got plenty of new projects keeping me busy after work, too. So, there’s never a dull moment, whether I’m at the office or at home. And since we’re a bit nerdy in the dev team, things can of course get technical, creative, or wonderfully overcomplicated every now and then.
Matcha Latte Break with Anna
I’m pretty much always up for a matcha latte – especially in good company and with great conversations. When I’m not out and about at events, I love exploring new places: traveling is one of my biggest passions, and I’m always excited to discover new destinations and collect new experiences. I also have a bit of a soft spot for handbags – although “a bit” might not be quite the right way to describe my collection.
