Open office culture – yasoon values

One of our priorities is to give all of our teams everything they need for an ideal working environment.

The important thing is that we can still work as a team in a hybrid environment. We combine working from home and in the office to give our staff as much freedom as they want while still enabling them to collaborate closely.

Our office in the ‘Loksite’ complex beside Mannheim’s Central Station reflects this hybrid nature. There are spaces for group brainstorming, team rooms for longer projects and focus rooms for quiet concentration. Of course, there’s a spacious kitchen where the whole team can get together, too.
