One of our priorities is to give all of our teams everything they need for an ideal working environment.
The important thing is that we can still work as a team in a hybrid environment. We combine working from home and in the office to give our staff as much freedom as they want while still enabling them to collaborate closely.
We are currently designing our new office in the ‘Loksite’ complex beside Mannheim’s Central Station to reflect this hybrid nature. There will be spaces for group brainstorming, team rooms for longer projects and focus rooms for quiet concentration. Of course, there will also be a spacious kitchen where the whole team can get together.
Our current office also offers a good mix of spaces for communication and concentration. There are also plenty of drinks and snacks – and a pleasant outdoor area for the summer.
