venITure x yasoon: a fruitful partnership

venITure is a long-standing and expert partner to yasoon. Its services range from Atlassian Cloud Migration to implementing ITSM infrastructures, right up to general process digitalization. venITure provides its consulting services from offices in Germany, Turkey, Croatia, the United Arab Emirates, as well as in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are Atlassian Enterprise Platinum Solution Partner and Marketplace Partner, and therefore an essential element of the Atlassian ecosystem.

One of venITure’s customers rolled out Jira for project management. Engineering efficient connectivity between Microsoft 365 and Jira proved a major challenge. The customer’s main priority was a seamless transition from Outlook mails to Jira processes, without constantly having to switch between tools.

As part of the joint digitalization project, venITure focused in particular on comprehensive consulting to ensure that the customer’s plug-ins are compatible. As a result, venITure’s proprietary vLinks app and yasoon’s Microsoft 365 for Jira app were technically tailored to work perfectly together. The project was a great success thanks to the positive working relationship.

As part of this process, developers at yasoon and venITure worked closely together to provide the shared customer with a technically sophisticated and expertly developed connection. Our partnership has blossomed ever since. Constant and direct dialogue has made granular consulting possible, so our customers can find the perfect product for their own application.
