Microsoft 365 for Jira workflow demo: Hean Tech’s practical take
“Systems shouldn’t get in our way. They should help us do our job and support our work.” That idea is at the heart of Hean Tech, the learning platform and YouTube channel created by Robert Hean. Robert is a well-known Atlassian Community Champion, instructor and content creator who helps Jira users and admins get more out of their Atlassian setup. His courses and live study sessions cover Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Rovo, with plenty of resources dedicated to helping people prepare for Atlassian certifications. That practical perspective is also why we were curious to see what he would make of Microsoft 365 for Jira.
